Nigeria Ukraine Chamber of Commerce is a top based Business Company (LTD/GTE) in Nigeria duly registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission under the company and Allied matter Act 1990 of Nigeria whose sole interest is to the growth of our country Nigeria, Economically, intellectually, financially and otherwise. Whose range of services includes consultancy on Ukrainian market conditions, Government policies, import and export guidelines, information on Ukrainian/Nigeria companies, organize seminars, conferences, trade missions and exhibitions, also to promote , protect and develop all matters affecting the Commerce and Industries, Mines, Agriculture, Health, Education, Direct Investment, Culture/Entertainment and Oil and Gas.
The Chamber is dedicated to promoting sustainable business investments and ensuring proper business ethics and practices.
The current president is Mr. Akosa Edward Machie, a renowned Economist & Project Manager.
Since the purpose of the Chamber is to reinforce trade relations which also includes the promotion, creation and expansion of business investment opportunities between Nigerians and Ukranians businesses, it is therefore our goal to operate and serve as the:

The Chamber has been blessed with energetic men of vision, talents and wisdom who have directed its affairs since its inception in 201. Their efforts have earned the Chamber a steady and stable growth from about 5 founding members to about 20 corporate members today. They range from virtually the giant manufacturing and commercial enterprises in Nigeria, through medium size service companies to professional practicing firms interested in or involved with the Nigerian-Ukraine business activities.
Machie Edward Akosa: An astute banker, he has worked in different departments of the best banks in the country at management level, an international business man. The Managing director of Wadlynmac Investment Ltd. He is married with 3 kids. He is the President and co founder of the chambers.
Hinchuk Serhiy: A Ukrainian businessman, he is the pioneer member of Ukrainian community in Nigeria, he has 32yrs experience in the mining business and currently the Managing Director of Bic-But Services they are into mining of tin and Iron ore. He is married with 2kids and 5grand children.
Godwin Ofor: Is a civil Engineer, has worked as a project Manager in different Telecoms Organizations (MTN, GLO) in charge of Fiber Optic installation. The Managing Director of Gadnof Nigeria Ltd Company is into building of Cell Sites, he is married with 2 kids. He is the Director Foreign Operations.
